Swimsational's year-round practice swim team is designed for swimmers who are ready to move beyond lessons and into structured, goal-oriented training. Whether your child has dreams of competing or simply wants to become a stronger, more confident swimmer, our team provides the coaching and environment to make it happen.
Our coaches teach every stroke and event following USA Swimming guidelines, giving your swimmer a solid competitive foundation. From freestyle and backstroke to butterfly and individual medley, your child will develop technique, endurance, and the discipline that comes with being part of a team.

Who Can Join?
Our swim team is open to swimmers who have completed our lesson progression or can demonstrate equivalent skills. To join the team, your swimmer should be able to:
- Swim at least 25 yards (one pool length) unassisted
- Demonstrate basic freestyle and backstroke technique
- Feel comfortable in deep water without assistance
- Follow multi-step coaching instructions
